Is the hotel far away from Tinghir ?
Once in the center of Tinerir, you take the road to the Todra gorges. After 15-20 minutes, you've reached the hotel.
What's the average temperature in Todra gorges ?
The gorges are very steep-sided, that's their beauty. During winter, the sun reaches the bottom of the gorges only for 4 to 6 hours a day, and it sets quite early. After the sunset, the temperature drops very quickly. Therefore, the hotel has extra heaters that you can use in your bedrooms to heat them before sleeping, and good blankets.
But during the day, the sun is as warm as in anywhere else in Morocco !
In the summer, the gorges are a very appreciated destination, because they remain quite cool during the day.
The river that passes along the hotel comes from a hot spring.
I heard about a legend in the Todra ?
For a reason lost long time ago, or which is preserved only in the memory of the nomads, the fishes from the Todra river are sacred, and must not be fished out. May-be because the water is hot ?
There is also the story of the little goat that espaced from her herd just in time not to be sold to the butcher. Since, she lives alone on the clifs. But that's not a legend, we spot her !

What happens if I cancel ?
For any cancellation more than a month in advance, we will reimburse your advance payment. For shorter terms, or for large groups, a part or all the amount will be kept. You will know the details in your reservation.
